How a search works
A client writes or says: “1+1 in Mahmutlar under €120,000”.
The system picks out the criteria: district, layout, budget and, if mentioned, distance to the sea.
The search runs across the whole live database — not a showcase of featured listings.
The client hears how many listings match and gets cards with photos and prices; if nothing matches, an honest answer and which criterion to relax.
If a listing fits, a viewing is booked in the same conversation and the manager receives the request.

Where the data comes from
The site currently has 335 active listings: 325 for sale and 10 for rent.
A sold or withdrawn listing disappears from the site and from search at once; search engines get a “gone” response for its page.
One price everywhere: the page, the markup for search engines and the AI answers read the same field.
Listings imported from partners’ cloud folders are re-checked on a schedule; a folder that disappears gets 14 days for verification, then the listing goes to the archive.

Questions
Is New Time Investment an agency or an IT company?
An agency: an office in Mahmutlar, managers, viewings and deals in Alanya. The platform is our own and runs the agency every day; we also offer it to other agencies.
Can the AI consultant invent a listing?
No. It answers only from listings in the live database, tells the client how many match, and says honestly when nothing does.
Are client contacts shared with anyone?
No. Requests go to our managers and our CRM; the public listing data contains no client names, phones or messages.
