Alanya Municipality has announced a large-scale renewal project that will modernize the city's coastal zone. The project will upgrade pedestrian and cycling paths, green spaces, and community facilities.
Scope of the Project
The total renewal area will span 12 km along the coast, from Mahmutlar to Oba. The project will use eco-friendly materials and provide barrier-free access.
This development will further raise the value of properties located close to the shoreline.
